We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Customer Care Officer (Collections – Late Arrears)

Permanent part-time, 4 days per week. Mandurah-based.

The role is responsible for following up missed customer payments and assessing Hardship applications in line with collections procedures and NCC Guidelines to ensure the most appropriate action is undertaken. Read More.

Customer Solutions Officer (Lending)

Permanent, full-time. Mandurah-based.

The role is responsible for processing customer loan applications in line with Fair Go Finance’s credit policy to ensure the most appropriate action is undertaken. Read More.
