Coming back for a loan with Fair Go Finance has never been easier, quicker and dare we say it, even a little fun!

With all of our new portal enhancements, our returning customers really have everything they possibly need at their fingertips, 24/7.


So what’s been updated within the portal?

Now, whenever you need another loan with us, you can express apply in our portal with a few clicks of your fingertips!

It’s faster than ever, taking less than a minute to complete.

How can I apply for a fast personal loan as a returning customer?

It’s easy and can be done in 3 easy steps!

  1. Login to our portal or click “Go” on our website
  2. Update your information
  3. Choose the loan amount and hit SUBMIT!

When can I be considered for my next loan?

To be considered for another loan, and be able to apply through our portal, you just need to have:

  • Repaid and closed a loan with us OR
  • Repaid at least 70% of a current loan with us

If you are a brand new customer, once you have applied online through our website we will email you portal login instructions so you can easily view your new application status.


How do I know how much I have repaid of my current loan?

Another great enhancement to our portal is that it now tells you exactly how much you’ve repaid of your current loan.

As soon as you reach the 70% benchmark the portal will identify that you are eligible to apply for a new loan. You will be given access to our express application and benefit from our priority service too.

That’s why applying for another loan has never been easier with us!


So what else can I find out in the portal?

As a customer of Fair Go Finance, you’re welcome to login to our portal and access the following information:

  • View your loan application status
  • View a current loan, including its:
  • Balance
  • Payment details
  • Status
  • View your personal details
  • See all previous and closed loans
  • Apply for a new loan
  • See how far much you have repaid
  • Make a payment from your debit card

Are there any more enhancements planned?

Yes, there are, and most of the ideas have come from the valuable feedback we’ve got from you, our customers.

We will be in touch as soon as another enhancement is ready.

Are you eligible to apply?

  • I’m 18 years or older
  • I’m employed (not self-employed)
  • I’m paid $500 or more a week into my bank account
  • My income is not solely from Centrelink
  • I’ve not entered into bankruptcy or part 9 agreement within the last 12 months
