We’ve also taken on board our customers valuable feedback, which is why we’re proud to announce our customer portal is now packed with even more features.

What type of features? We’re glad you asked.

IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT LOAN WITH US, YOU WILL SEE:

  • Your current loan balance
  • Your next payment amount and payment due date
  • The date your loan started
  • The anticipated date your loan will be repaid and closed
  • Your account status (e.g. up-to-date, ahead of schedule etc.)

IF YOU’VE HAD A PREVIOUS LOAN THAT HAS BEEN CLOSED, YOU WILL SEE:

  • Details of any previous closed loans
  • Each individual loan number
  • The date each loan was repaid and closed

CHECK YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

  • Check your details to make sure we have your current contact number, email and address.

RE-APPLY OR CONTACT US WITH A CLICK OF A BUTTON

  • Use our express application form to apply for a new loan or contact us using our messaging service.

  • I’m employed (not self-employed)
  • I’m paid $500 or more a week into my bank account
  • My income is not solely from Centrelink
  • I’ve not entered into bankruptcy or part 9 agreement within the last 12 months
